Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how cancellations are handled at AB House BD.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

2. After Shipping

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • You may return the product for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

3. Confirmation

  • All cancellations must be confirmed by our team via email or phone.

  • Refunds for canceled orders (before shipping) will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Orders for customized or pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.
